By creating an account or connecting a mailbox, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use InboxAPI only to send email through mailboxes you own or are authorized to use. You may not use InboxAPI to send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or any content that violates Microsoft's Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your InboxAPI login credentials secure. Any exported access tokens (for example, via the desktop export feature) are bearer credentials anyone holding them can send mail as that connected mailbox until access is revoked. Treat exported files accordingly.

Service limits

Sending is subject to the sending limits Microsoft applies to each individual mailbox. InboxAPI does not guarantee delivery and is not responsible for mail rejected, throttled, or filtered by Microsoft or a recipient's mail provider.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may disconnect your mailboxes and delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

InboxAPI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of InboxAPI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
